Un séminaire sur les nouvelles technologies de l’industrie de la terre cuite à Batimatec 2013

Lors de la seizième édition du salon International du Bâtiment, des Matériaux de Construction et des Travaux Publics, Batimatec 2013 qui aura lieu du 04 au 08 mai 2013 au Palais des Expositions de Pins, des journées techniques sont prévues en marge de l’exposition qui réunira un millier d’exposants dont la moitié des sociétés étrangères de 24 pays. Parmi les thèmes centraux qui ont été choisis pour cette édition, figure la maîtrise technologique et la gestion par la qualité dans le secteur de la terre cuite.
L’industrie algérienne de la terre cuite constitue une filière dynamique en développement perpétuel. Elle a connu un essor considérable avec la mise en service d’un grand nombre de briqueteries et d’usines de céramique et constitue aujourd’hui un important potentiel industriel réparti sur l’ensemble du territoire national. C’est également un secteur qui a connu la plus grande mutation suite à la privatisation des usines publiques qui dominait largement par le passé. La majorité du potentiel existant appartient aujourd’hui au secteur privé. Des efforts considérables ont été accomplis aussi dans le domaine de la gestion des usines et dans la maîtrise de la qualité des produits. Certaines usines de céramique ont réussi à placer leur produit à l’international bien que la part des exportations reste assez limitée.
La spécificité de ce secteur se caractérise par la volonté soutenue des industriels nationaux à vouloir développer continuellement leur outil de production et souvent à accroître leur capacité de production. De ce fait la plupart des usines sont engagées ou en voie de l’être dans des programmes de mise à niveau ou d’extension des capacités installées. Des investissements complémentaires dont les coûts restent élevés et pour lesquels les choix opérés doivent être mûrement réfléchis. L’évolution des procédés de fabrication et les nouvelles technologies en matière d’équipements de production et de contrôle requièrent une bonne connaissance du marché et une veille technologie permanente.
Le salon Batimatec qui connaît d’année en année une très forte participation des industriels de la terre cuite et la présence des plus grands fabricants d’équipements du continent européen voudrait offrir une opportunité pour présenter aux professionnels et industriels de la terre cuite, les nouveautés et innovations technologiques que connaît l’industrie de la céramique.
C’est à ce titre que le prochain salon Batimatec a inscrit dans son programme d’activité la tenue d’un séminaire international qui sera consacré à l’industrie de la terre cuite. Lors de cette rencontre, les fabricants d’équipements seront invités à animer des conférences sur des thèmes d’actualité et à la présentation des nouveautés aussi bien dans le domaine des produits rouges que dans celui de la céramique.
Un Comité d’organisation du séminaire composé de membres de l’Association des Briquetiers Algériens (ABA), du Centre Technique des Industries des Matériaux de Construction (CETIM) et de Batimatec EXPO est chargé de la préparation du séminaire et de la validation des thèmes qui seront présentés à cette rencontre.
Modalités de participation
Le programme du séminaire sera élaboré à partir de communications orales suivies de débats et dont les thèmes traiteront des nouvelles technologies et innovation dans l’industrie de la terre cuite.
Les communications retenues par le Comité d’organisation du séminaire seront insérées dans le programme général du salon et affichées à partir du 20 mars 2013. Chaque communication devra avoir une durée de 30 minutes au maximum. À la fin de chaque communication, un débat sera ouvert pour une durée de 20 minutes. La communication devra présenter un intérêt « technique » en termes d’innovation et de nouvelles technologies, et ne pas constituer une présentation purement commerciale d’équipements déjà connus.
Date de déroulement du séminaire
Le séminaire sur l’industrie de la terre cuite est prévu de se tenir en marge du 16e salon Batimatec, le lundi 06 mai 2013 à la salle de conférence du Palais des Expositions de Pins Maritimes, Alger. La participation au séminaire ne sera pas payante. Les participants qui seront invités au séminaire seront pour l’essentiel, les professionnels et industriels de l’industrie de la terre cuite (promoteurs industriels, directeurs d’usine, responsable de production et de maintenance, responsable de qualité, universités, centre de recherches…)
Mode de présentation de la communication
La communication sera présentée en salle de conférence (environ 100 participants), de préférence en langue française.
Chaque conférencier disposera gratuitement de tous les supports audiovisuels dont il en aura besoin (data show, écran pour projection de diapos ou de slights, sonorisation etc.).
